Barbering since 2002, Flavio found his passion in barbering through old school, classic styles. During his 20 years in the industry, Flavio's worked in several shops and learnt alongside many talented barbers before opening his first shop in Rome back in 2007. After 5 years in business Flavio decided to move to Australia finding a home in Byron Bay where he worked in various barbershops and salons in the area. Finally taking the plunge in January 2022 Flavio's decided to open the doors to "Rough Seas Barbershop" under his own flag.
